Project Details of The Custom Made Wedding Canopy Tents

Our client owns a park lodge mainly used for accommodation or wedding event venue. The park originally had a historic building as the wedding solemnization venue. And what we do is providing reception tents to be the outdoor expansion for banquet and catering.
The wedding marquee solution includes

  • a 6 x 6m gazebo canopy tent for entrance lobby,
  • a 10x10m high peak tent canopy for a lounge,
  • a 20x20m “A” frame tent for wedding reception hall,
  • an 8x14m S series marquee tent for an outdoor kitchen,
  • a 6x9m small tent to cover temporary toilet.

    • Those 5 sets of tents make up a complete outdoor wedding venue with the required functions. The wedding reception hall would also be able to seat 200 – 250 guests.

    In order to correspond the wedding park’s theme colors – green & grey, we made changes on the tents to achieve harmony with the surrounding buildings, and meet the overall design concept of the wedding garden.
    1. Custom designed color. As you can see, the theme color has been painted on the tent frame, roof tarpaulin, and even the solid plastic panel (ABS) wall.
    2. Custom height on the tents. Normally, clear span tents from SHELTER are in the standard eave height of 2.6m. We have raised the eave height to 3m to make room for wedding decorations hanging.

    Far more than that, custom designed can also be made on tent profile size, roofing tarp graphic, ventilation windows system, door system and etc.
